Packaging

To reduce unnecessary waste, we use recycled packaging whenever possible to send out your items. Where possible we use compostable satchels for small parcels.

Damages

We do take every care to ensure items are packaged and shipped safely, however once they leave our hands, it is in the hands of the freight company. In the unfortunate event of goods arriving broken or damaged Kijaro is not liable. This is inclusive of glass and fragile items, although we pack with the upmost care, the responsibility remains with the freighting company.
If you wish to take out insurance on an item, please contact us before purchasing.

Cancelling orders

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are confirmed.

Additional Photos and extra information

If you are interested in an item, but would like to see more photos or if you have any questions, please email us and we can send you the extra information within 48 hours.

No responsibility can be taken for variations in colours of products you receive and those represented on computer screens. Every care has been taken to be as accurate as possible.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars.

At Kijaro we are committed to offering you exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
